I first met Laura when she worked for my previous computer supplier. When he retired, she started Keltech Services. At that time I wasn't in the market for a computer but I started hearing good comments about the way she was operating her business. Not long ago, an association of which I am a member needed a new computer. Keltech offered a good computer with good quality components, at a good price. We were also able to specify the components we wanted, and those we didn't want, without running the price up. Other places we investigated only have "deals" on standard packages and any slight changes significantly increase the cost.

Shortly after that purchase, I bought my own computer and am very happy with the cost and the components. The after sales service is also excellent. I had an issue with a noisy fan; something many stores would not think was significant. Keltech quickly and cheerfully provided a temporary fix and a few weeks later supplied a new, much quieter fan.

Keltech also provides on-site service, something that saves unhooking all the wires, loading up your car and driving to the store, and then doing the same in reverse after the problem is resolved.

I recommend Keltech services to anyone shopping for a new computer.

I met Laura Germain at a Networking Event a year ago and got to know her and what she does for a living. I added her to my contact list and within a month of meeting her, I had a major problem with my home computer. I contacted her, described the problem and she told me to bring it over - she could fix it and upgrade various components within it. I took it over and she repaired it and I had it back and working better than ever within a couple of days and at a very reasonable price.

I kept in touch with Laura and she always gave helpful tips and hints on using my computer.

Recently, my hard drive blew up and I called Laura for help and guidance. I took her my computer and she got back to me very quickly with an explanation of the problem and an estimate to fix it. I gave her the go ahead and I had it back very shortly. Another problem arose and it turned out to be my modem. She helped me thru the issue with Sympatico and I got my modem replaced and plenty of help from Laura all along the way.
